Glenn Lewis Frey, was born on November 6, 1948 and died on January 18, 2016. He was an American singer and a founding member of the band
“the Eagles”.
When he was five years old he started to play the piano and then started to play the guitar on his own. Glenn took part in many bands before forming the Eagles, like, the Subterraneans, the Mushrooms etc.
In 1971 Glenn formed the Eagles with their partners Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Smith. At present the band has desappeared because of the death of the band´s vocalist.
This band has released many famous songs that everybody knows like
Hotel California, Take it easy etc.
The Eagles broke up in 1980, but met again in 1994 to give an acoustic concert, recorded on the album Hell Freezes Over, a mix of classic and new songs.
