The Blue Path of the Malaga Provincial Council is presented as the Malaga Provincial Council’s star commitment to the environment and sustainability that will bring together the tourist, heritage and cultural offer linked to the maritime world of the province of Malaga.
La Senda Azul de la Diputación de Málaga se ha presentado como el compromiso estrella de la Diputación de Málaga con el medio ambiente y la sostenibilidad que aunará la oferta turística, patrimonial y cultural que estan relacionadas con el mundo marítimo de la provincia de Málaga.
The president of the Costa del Sol Provincial Council and Tourism, Francisco Salado, has announced this project that seeks a greater enjoyment of the tourist and the citizens of the coast, as well as a more sustainable relationship with the Malaga coastal ecosystem, at the same time that seeks to diversify the current offer, focusing it on the tourist looking for unique experiences.
El presidente de la Diputación Provincial y del Turismo en la Costa del Sol, Francisco Salado, ha anunciado un proyecto que promueve un mayor disfrute de la costa tanto por parte de los turistas como por parte de los ciudadanos, así como una relación más sostenible de Málaga con su ecosistema costero. Asimismo, se promueve diversificar la oferta existente, centrándose en el turista que busca experiencias singulares.
Salado explained that the Senda Azul concept, as a brand, aims to unite and project all the tourist offer related to the sea in the province of Malaga. It is a project developed by Tourism and Planning Costa del Sol in cooperation with the nautical sector itself, with the collaboration and support of the Maritime-Marine of Andalusia with which it has worked in four sectorial tables divided into Nautical Tourism and Marinas, unique tourist experiences, sustainability and Heritage Conservation, and accommodation and restoration.
Salado explicó que el concepto Senda Azul, como marca, tiene por finalidad unificar y proyectar toda la oferta turística relacionada con el mar en la provincia de Málaga. Es un proyecto desarrollado por la Oficina de Turismo y Planificación de la Costa del Sol en cooperación con el sector náutico en sí, con la colaboración y el apoyo del Marino-Marítimo de Andalucía, con el cual ha trabajado en las cuatro mesas sectoriales en las que se ha dividido: Turismo Náutico y Puertos Deportivos, Experiencias Turísticas Singulaes, Sostenibilidad y Conservación del Patrimonio y Alojamiento y Restauración.

En este sentido, la Senda azul ha nacido para «mantener a la Costa del Sol como un destino turístico singular, pionero, innovativo y sostenible», dijo el presidente del Patronato de Turismo de la Costa del Sol, que enfatizó el hecho de que «queremos que la Senda Aul sea algo más que una oferta turística nueva que conecte e integre infraestructuras turísticas con el patrimono costero, natural y marino-cultural.

Con el Sendero Azul se intenta incorporar nuevos recursos bajo y sobre el agua, tales como la construcción de arrecifes artificiales que respeten el medio ambiente marino, la recuperación de los ecosistemas para la práctica del ecoturismo marino así como la contrucción de bases náuticas que expandan las posibilidades de expandir actividades deportivas tales como la vela, el Paddle Surf, el Kayak entre otras.
This project will also include a program of activities that brings the entire population of the province closer to the enjoyment of the sea by promoting nautical, cultural and environmental events and designing, together with the sector, the marketing model of the Blue Path for the different markets as well as a plan to promote the offer inside and outside our province.
El proyecto incluirá un programa de actividades que atraigan a la población de la provincia al gozo que da el mar mediante la promoción de acontecimientos náuticos y diseñando, junto con el sector, el modelo de promoció de la Senda Azul para los distintos mercados así como un plan para promover la oferta dentro y fuera de nuestra provincia.
