Last January, the Music Department organised an activity in which some of our second-year of E.S.O. students went to the cinema Yelmo Vialia in order to watch the musical film West Side Story<\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>The film was shown in English with subtitles in Spanish. The aims of this activity were the following:\u00a0 letting students listen to a variaty of accents in English; widen their vocabulary,\u00a0 and learn about the use of this language in real contexts at the same time that they enjoyed one of the most important and influential music films in history.<\/p>\n

El mes pasado, el Departamento de M\u00fasica organiz\u00f3 una actividad en la cual algunos alumnos de 2\u00ba de E.S.O. visitaron el cine Yelmo Vialia para ver la pel\u00edcula musical West Side Story<\/em><\/strong>. La pel\u00edcula fue proyectada en ingl\u00e9s con subt\u00edtulos en espa\u00f1ol.
