What is that?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Queridos alumnos:<\/p>\n<p>Me gustar\u00eda compartir con vosotros informaci\u00f3n sobre un concurso\u00a0 llamado \u00abdiscurso en un ascensor\u00bb. \u00bfQu\u00e9 es eso?<\/p>\n<p><strong>An elevator pitch, elevator speech, or elevator statement is a short description of an idea, product, or company that explains the concept in a way such that any listener can understand it in a short period of time. This description typically explains who the thing is for, what it does, why it is needed, and how it will get done. Finally, when explaining an individual person, the description generally explains one&#8217;s skills and goals, and why they would be a productive and beneficial person to have on a team or within a company or project. An elevator pitch does not have to include all of these components, but it usually does at least explain what the idea, product, company, or person is and their value.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un discurso en el ascensor es una breve descripci\u00f3n de una idea, producto o compa\u00f1\u00eda que explica el concepto de tal modo que cualquier hablante pueda escucharlo en un breve periodo de tiempo. The goal is simply to convey the overall concept or topic in an exciting way. Unlike a <a class=\"mw-redirect\" title=\"Sales pitch\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sales_pitch\">sales pitch<\/a>, there may not be a clear buyer\u2013seller relationship.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un discurso en el ascensor puede ser usado para atraer a un inversor o a un ejecutivo dentro de una compa\u00f1\u00eda o explicar una idea a los padres de un fundador.
