It rapidly became the most successful in the university\u2019s history, with almost a fourth of the entire undergraduate community enrolled. Help others<br><\/strong><br><strong>\u201cHappy people tend to be really \u2018other\u2019 oriented,\u201d Santos explains, meaning they focus on other people&#8217;s happiness rather than their own.<\/strong><br><br><strong>\u201cThis is something that culturally can be a little confusing,\u201d she says. \u201cWe have this idea of \u2018self care\u2019, and treating yourself.<\/strong><br><br><strong>\u201cBut the research suggests if you make people do nice things for others, like donate money, that tends to boost their wellbeing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
