17 Goals to Transform Our World<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The Sustainable Development Goals<\/a> are a call for action by all countries \u2013 poor, rich and middle-income \u2013 to promote prosperity while protecting the planet. They recognize that ending poverty must go hand-in-hand with strategies that build economic growth and address a range of social needs including education, health, social protection, and job opportunities, while tackling climate change and environmental protection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible son una llamada a la acci\u00f3n de todos los pa\u00edses- pobres, ricos, y de clase media- para promover la prosperidad mientras se protege el planeta. Estos objetivos admiten que la erradicaci\u00f3n de la pobreza debe ir acompa\u00f1ada de estrategias para la construci\u00f3n de un crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y debe dirigirse a un amplio espectro de necesidades sociales entre las que se incluyen la educaci\u00f3n, la salud, la protecci\u00f3n social, las oportunidades laborales, a la vez que se aborda el cambio clim\u00e1tico y se protege el medio ambiente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, in our High School, IES Huelin, we are going to work in different subjects – linguistic and non-linguistic- the Sustainable Development Goals so that the students become aware that every single step counts. We can leave a better world to the future generations to come. We are due to show our work in the way of a Sustainable Development Goals’ Fair and on this blog how our students have handled this crucial concern topic. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este a\u00f1o, en un nestro instituto, IES Huelin, vamos a trabajar en diferentes asignaturas (ling\u00fc\u00edsticas y no-ling\u00fc\u00edsticas) los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible para que loss alumnos tomen conciencia de que cada paso cuenta. Podemos dejar un mundo mejor a las generaciones venideras. Mostraremos nuestro trabajo al respecto en una Feria sobre los Objetivos de Desarrollo sostenibley en este blog. As\u00ed sabremos c\u00f3mo han abordado nuestros alumnos este tema de un inter\u00e9s tan relevante.
