{"id":1529,"date":"2017-07-04T17:07:57","date_gmt":"2017-07-04T16:07:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ieshuelin.com\/huelinenglish\/?p=1529"},"modified":"2017-07-04T17:07:57","modified_gmt":"2017-07-04T16:07:57","slug":"getting-to-know-our-city","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.ieshuelin.com\/huelinenglish\/getting-to-know-our-city\/","title":{"rendered":"Getting to know our city"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Los alumnos de los grupos biling\u00fces de 3\u00ba de ESO (A y B) han realizado un proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del cual se han acercado a diferentes aspectos del patrimonio de nuestra ciudad:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Patrimonio natural, con el estudio de distintas especies\u00a0 vegetales \u00a0del Parque de M\u00e1laga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Patrimonio industrial, con el estudio de los restos m\u00e1s significativos de las f\u00e1bricas del entorno del barrio de Huelin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Patrimonio hist\u00f3rico-art\u00edstico, con el estudio de algunos de los monumentos y espacios p\u00fablicos m\u00e1s relevantes del centro hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El planteamiento de esta actividad ha sido interdisciplinar y ha involucrado a tres materias y departamentos: Biolog\u00eda y Geolog\u00eda, Tecnolog\u00eda y Geograf\u00eda e Historia, bajo el impulso y la supervisi\u00f3n de nuestra coordinadora biling\u00fce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Los objetivos did\u00e1cticos que nos planteamos son los siguientes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0&#8211; Inculcar en nuestros alumnos la valoraci\u00f3n del patrimonio (en sus m\u00faltiples dimensiones) como un legado que debe ser conocido, respetado y conservado, desarrollando en ellos actitudes c\u00edvicas de compromiso con los valores patrimoniales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0&#8211; Desarrollar la capacidad de \u201caprender a aprender\u201d, ya que han sido los propios alumnos los que han elaborado sus materiales, a partir de la b\u00fasqueda aut\u00f3noma de informaci\u00f3n en fuentes diversas y el procesamiento de dicha informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Favorecer estrategias colaborativas de trabajo en equipo, ya que tanto en Tecnolog\u00eda como en Geograf\u00eda e Historia los trabajos se han realizado en grupo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Desarrollar la capacidad de comunicaci\u00f3n, escrita y oral, tanto en lengua espa\u00f1ola como en ingl\u00e9s. Para ello, los alumnos han tenido que exponer los resultados de su investigaci\u00f3n en un tr\u00edptico y en una exposici\u00f3n oral, actuando como \u201cgu\u00edas tur\u00edsticos\u201d del resto de sus compa\u00f1eros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Familiarizar al alumnado con el uso de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y la\u00a0 comunicaci\u00f3n, tanto en lo que se refiere a la b\u00fasqueda de informaci\u00f3n (en Internet) como a la presentaci\u00f3n de los materiales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En <strong>Biolog\u00eda y Geolog\u00eda<\/strong>, el trabajo ha consistido en la realizaci\u00f3n de una serie de fotograf\u00edas de plantas del Parque de M\u00e1laga y en una investigaci\u00f3n sobre las caracter\u00edsticas bot\u00e1nicas y el \u00e1rea geogr\u00e1fica de las mismas. Los resultados de esa investigaci\u00f3n fueron recogidos en un mural individual que integraba la fotograf\u00eda y los datos cient\u00edficos de cada especie trabajada. Los murales fueron expuestos en el recibidor del instituto y se realiz\u00f3 un concurso, con un doble premio: uno para la mejor fotograf\u00eda (calidad est\u00e9tica y t\u00e9cnica) y otro para el mejor mural (teniendo en cuenta tambi\u00e9n la calidad de la\u00a0 informaci\u00f3n escrita y su presentaci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En <strong>Tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>, los alumnos, organizados en grupos, han realizado una investigaci\u00f3n exhaustiva sobre los restos de distintas f\u00e1bricas y elementos del patrimonio industrial que son testimonio del rico pasado industrial de la ciudad, y en concreto del barrio de Huelin y su entorno. Para recabar informaci\u00f3n, han recurrido a p\u00e1ginas web, publicaciones bibliogr\u00e1ficas (visitando diversas bibliotecas y archivos) e incluso a entrevistas a antiguos trabajadores y trabajadores de las propias f\u00e1bricas. El resultado de de esta investigaci\u00f3n tuvo que ser presentado en tr\u00edpticos elaborados con el programa Scribus (en cuyo manejo se ha adiestrado a los alumnos). Adem\u00e1s, tuvimos la suerte de poder visitar la exposici\u00f3n \u201c<em>La Tecnolog\u00eda 3D como f\u00f3rmula de rescate gr\u00e1fico en M\u00e1laga<\/em>\u201d, \u00a0en la Sala Italcable, donde contamos con las sabias explicaciones de D. Francisco Rodr\u00edguez Mar\u00edn, profesor de Patrimonio Industrial de la UMA y miembro de la Asociaci\u00f3n en Defensa de las Chimeneas y el Patrimonio Industrial de M\u00e1laga, el d\u00eda 16 de febrero de 2017. El d\u00eda 13 de marzo de 2017 realizamos el itinerario en el que los grupos que hab\u00edan investigado cada elemento lo explicaron al resto de los compa\u00f1eros. Los elementos incluidos en el itinerario fueron:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ferrocarril M\u00e1laga-C\u00f3rdoba<\/li>\n<li>Metalgr\u00e1fica Lapeira<\/li>\n<li>Fundici\u00f3n C- Ram\u00edrez y Pedrosa<\/li>\n<li>Industria Malague\u00f1a S.A.<\/li>\n<li>Dep\u00f3sitos CAMPSA<\/li>\n<li>Ferrer\u00eda de Heredia o La Constancia<\/li>\n<li>Sociedad An\u00f3nima LA VERS<\/li>\n<li>Tabacalera<\/li>\n<li>Uni\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Explosivos La Cross<\/li>\n<li>Minero-metal\u00fargica Los Guindos<\/li>\n<li>Central T\u00e9rmica San Patricio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0En <strong>Geograf\u00eda e Historia<\/strong>, la din\u00e1mica de trabajo ha sido muy similar: los alumnos investigaron en grupo distintos sectores del centro hist\u00f3rico, con sus monumentos m\u00e1s significativos, y tuvieron que elaborar las siguientes producciones:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Un trabajo escrito en el que presentaran en profundidad la informaci\u00f3n recogida y elaborada. En ese trabajo se deb\u00edan incluir \u00edndice, introducci\u00f3n, conclusiones, bibliograf\u00eda y autoevaluaci\u00f3n (una reflexi\u00f3n sobre el proceso de trabajo en grupo).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Un tr\u00edptico con la informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s relevante, para repartir entre los compa\u00f1eros de clase.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Una exposici\u00f3n oral, realizada al\u00a0 mismo tiempo que se hac\u00eda el itinerario por el centro hist\u00f3rico, en el que cada grupo actu\u00f3 como gu\u00eda tur\u00edstico del resto de sus compa\u00f1eros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Una presentaci\u00f3n tipo power-point (voluntaria).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El itinerario, realizado el 15 de mayo de 2017, const\u00f3 de las siguientes etapas e hitos:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mercado de Atarazanas, Plaza de F\u00e9liz S\u00e1enz y Calle Larios.<\/li>\n<li>Plaza de la Constituci\u00f3n y Calle Compa\u00f1\u00eda: Sociedad Econ\u00f3mica de Amigos del Pa\u00eds, Ateneo, Iglesia del Cristo de la Salud, Iglesia del Sagrado Coraz\u00f3n y Palacio de Villal\u00f3n (Museo Carmen Thyssen).<\/li>\n<li>Calle Granada-Plaza de la Merced: Iglesia de Santiago, Monumento a Torrijos, Casa Natal de Picasso\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Calle Alcazabilla: Cine Alb\u00e9niz, Alcazaba, Teatro Romano y factor\u00edas p\u00fanico-romanas.<\/li>\n<li>Palacio de la Aduana, Rectorado, Banco de Espa\u00f1a y Ayuntamiento.<\/li>\n<li>Coracha, MUPAM,\u00a0 Jardines de Pedro Alonso y Paseo del Parque.<\/li>\n<li>Catedral, Plaza del Obispo e Iglesia del Sagrario.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 El conjunto de actividades enmarcadas en este proyecto ha resultado francamente gratificante. Los alumnos han tenido la oportunidad de convertirse en art\u00edfices de su propio aprendizaje y se han visto obligados a planificar tareas, organizarse en grupo, buscar, seleccionar y procesar informaci\u00f3n y,\u00a0 muy importante, compartir con el resto de sus compa\u00f1eros\u00a0 los resultados de sus investigaciones, poniendo en juego las capacidades comunicativas. Ha sido muy enriquecedor tambi\u00e9n el car\u00e1cter interdisciplinar del proceso, especialmente entre Tecnolog\u00eda y Geograf\u00eda e Historia, demostrando la posibilidad de trabajar juntos y bajo perspectivas similares desde dos materias que tradicionalmente se ven como muy distantes en cuanto a intereses y metodolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>La siguiente galer\u00eda ilustra el trabajo realizado
